For the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the Application for Cancellation, being Rectification No.266713 for cancellation of the registered Trade Mark No.3545379 in Class 34 in respect of mark "GREEN SIGNAL" pending before the learned Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata.

Considering the nature of prayer, i.e., expeditious disposal, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with. Learned Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata, is requested to dispose of the Application for Cancellation, being Rectification No.266713 for cancellation of the registered Trade Mark No.3545379 in Class 34 in respect of mark "GREEN SIGNAL", as expeditious as possible, without granting any unnecessary

adjournment to either of the parties in any case, save and except extreme urgency.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 84 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the Learned Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
