1. Status report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. We had already indicated in our order dated March 04, 2025 that, at this stage, prima facie, we are not satisfied with the petitioner's claim that he is an Indian national.

3. The State says that the trial is very likely to conclude within the next six months.

4. We find prima facie incriminating material against the petitioner. Therefore, in spite of the petitioner being in

custody for 2 years 6 months, we are not inclined to enlarge him on bail immediately.

5. Noting the submission of the State that the trial should be concluded within six months, we dispose of this application reserving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the event the trial does not conclude within the time period indicated by the State.

The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
