None appears for the alleged contemnor.

The petitioners allege violation of this court's order dated 9th September, 2013.

Prima facie, there appears to be disobedience to the above order by the alleged contemnor.

Let a rule be issued returnable on 2nd December, 2022 at 2 P.M.

On the returnable date the alleged contemnor shall appear personally before this court at 2 P.M. and shall not leave court without permission.

This order shall not prevent the alleged contemnor to comply with the above order, in the meantime.

The advocate on record for the petitioners will put in all the requisites including the special messenger cost with the registry within a week for service of the rule upon the alleged contemnor.
