This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Money Execution Case No.23 of 2015 arising out of Money Suit No.158 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas.

Though no direction is required to be made for service of notice upon the opposite parties, Mr. Subhendu Bandyopadhyay, learned counsel, has entered

appearance on behalf of Life Insurance Corporation of India, i.e., opposite party no.2 herein.

Considering the nature of prayer, the instant revisional application, being CO 85 of 2023, is being disposed of with a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas, to dispose of the Money Execution Case No.23 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas, forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.

Mr. Manabendra Nath Bandyopadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has entered appearance after the dictation is completed in CO 85 of 2023 and prayed for an accommodation.

Mr. Rahul Karmakar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party, has submitted that copy of

the revisional application has not been received by his client and prays for supply of a copy of the instant revisional application.

In such circumstances, CO 2089 of 2023 is detagged from CO 85 of 2023. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
