It transpires from the office report that by virtue of the Order of the Hon'ble Court dated 18.11.2024, the instant appeal has been disposed of with a direction to sent back the T.C.R through special messenger after deposition of special messenger cost. But, the said cost has been deposited on 03.01.2025 which is out of time.

In view of the above, it appears that the instant appeal has been disposed of by virtue of the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 18.11.2024 with a direction to sent back the T.C.R immediately through special messenger.

Since, the special messenger cost has already been deposited, let the same be accepted.

The concerned department is hereby directed to proceed in accordance with law.
