Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order of rejection of its application dated 6th December, 2019 for the benefit under relevant Rules of SVLDR Schemes, 2019, which has already expired on June, 2020 and the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition in January, 2021. It is a matter of record that now the Scheme in question is not available. Further after the passing of the impugned order of rejection of the petitioner's application, petitioner waited for another six months to allow the Scheme in question to expire and it further waited for another six months in filing the instant writ petition. Considering these facts and that the Scheme in question under which petitioner wants to take the benefit is no more in existence, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition, being WPA 658 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the authority concerned for redressal of its grievance in accordance with law for consideration by the authority concerned.
