The present revisional application is in relation to order dated 24.06.2022 passed in connection with an order in Memo No. 540/2022 pertaining to an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Till date, the learned Magistrate being the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad has not passed any direction for investigation. The locus of the present petitioner as such does not warrant invoking the jurisdiction of the Court under the provisions of Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 92 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage, if an order relating to investigation is passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
