Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the matter. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 505 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
