In view of the fact that the Special Leave Petition being No.4493/2020 was disposed of on 6th July, 2023 with the following observation, the contempt proceeding is dropped:- "5.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition in the light of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent no.1-State that none of the private petitioners have been held entitled to any honorarium under the scheme, it clarified that

the scheme having expired, there would be no occasion to disburse any amounts thereunder." A copy of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 6th July, 2023 is kept with the record. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped and contempt application being CPAN 21 of 2021 stands disposed of.
