1. Petitioner is in custody for 485 days. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case and he prays for bail.

2. The learned lawyer for the State contends that trial has commenced.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a member of gang of inter-state dacoits. Trial has commenced. In view of the nature of the crime and as there is high possibility of abscondence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. We request the trial court to conclude the trial with utmost expedition and preferably within a period of two years from the next date fixed before the said Court.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
