1. This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the petitioner for correction of an order dated 19.03.2026 wherein the surname of the petitioner has been wrongly recorded as 'Tarafdar' instead of 'Tarafder'.

2. At paragraph 3, it has been recorded that the petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in 'Physical Education' which should be 'Work Education'.

3. Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out at the relevant portion of the order dated 19.03.2026 without any other alteration.

4. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 19.03.2026.
