The present criminal revision has been preferred against an order No. 16 dated 12.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta in Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2019 and thereby granted ex-parte order of maintenance @ of Rs. 6000/- per month, (Rs. 4000/- for wife and Rs. 2000/- for minor son, with effect from the filing of case dated 22.01.2019) as per provisions of Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, by allowing the petition filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 of the instant application. None appears on behalf of either sides.

The present criminal revision being CRR 100 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The criminal revisonal application being CRR 100 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
