Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submits that as required, the petitioners had filed a letter of indemnity with the authorities and the Bank has accordingly, defrozen the account. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
