However, surprisingly, the date of death of the deceased respondent no.2 has not been disclosed therein.

Leave is granted to the appellants to file a supplementary affidavit disclosing the exact date of death of the deceased respondent.

Such supplementary affidavit shall be filed within a fortnight from date.

The matter shall next be listed under the same heading on April 9, 2025.

The Hon'ble second Judge's copy of CAN 10 of 2023, which is filed in court today, be kept on record.
