The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of warrant of arrest in connection with Gopiballavpur Police Station Case No.60 of 2019.

Charge-sheet reflects that the case has already been committed to the court of sessions being Sessions Case No.100 of 2022. The case has been committed in the year 2022 in the court of sessions.

Records reflect that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in CRM 1431 of 2020. However, the learned sessions court because of the conduct of the present petitioner was pleased to issue warrant of arrest.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the

petitioner, I direct that the execution of the warrant of arrest issued by the learned Sessions Judge, Jhargram, be stayed till 15th February, 2023. If the petitioner surrenders within the aforesaid period, the learned court would consider his prayer for bail in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 93 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
