Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. it appears from record that this petition was filed against the impugned show-cause notice dated 11th November, 2020. By the order of this Court dated 4th February, 2021 the respondents authority concerned were restrained from publishing and communicating the final adjudication order on the basis of the impugned show-cause notice and notices of hearing without the leave of the Court.

This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the learned advocate appearing for the respondent WBGST authority and final adjudication order has been produced before this Court and

seeking liberty to publish and communicate the said adjudication order which has been passed on 9th March, 2021 which is an appellable order under the statute.

Considering the submission of the parties and taking note of the development takes place during the pendency of the writ petition, this writ petition being WPA 672 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to publish the aforesaid adjudication order dated 9th March, 2021 and serve a copy of the same in Court on the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner who will be at liberty to seek the appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum, if so aggrieved by such adjudication order.

It is recorded that copy of the aforesaid adjudication order has been served in Court on the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
