The petitioners pray for liberty to withdraw the original certified copies of documents issued vide a No. 467 of 2022 dated January 18, 2022 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court, Calcutta comprising 90 sheets in connection with the Hare Street Police Station Case No. 349 of 2015 dated June 14, 2015 corresponding to G.R.Case No. 1343 of 2015.

The petitioners submit that photo copies of the documents have already been furnished.

In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the original certified copies as sought. CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
