Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority as well as the State-respondents.

The application of the petitioner seeking transfer on medical ground has been pending with the school authority since 2025.

The school authority is directed to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) along with the requisite documents and the 'No Objection' certificate if the petitioner is found otherwise eligible and is certified by the concerned BMOH, by May 15, 2026. 5.

If found eligible, the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) will take all consequential steps to forward the same to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission as expeditiously as possible.

Temporary suspension of the 'UTSASHREE' portal will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider

the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an Offline mode.

With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
