Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the member of a gang which carries on cyber fraud by inducing individuals to part with money on the false promise of setting up 5G mobile tower. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
