Learned counsel for the writ petitioners restricts his prayer to a direction on the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation given by the petitioners, which is annexed at page 15 (Annexure P1) of the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA No. 519 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated January 7, 2022 (Annexure P1 at page 15 of the writ petition) in accordance with law upon giving an opportunity of hearing to all interested parties as expeditiously as possible, positively within May 15, 2022 and

communicate the decision to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
