Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority as well as the State-respondents.

The petitioner's application for transfer on the ground of spouse medical was rejected by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) on the ground of low pupil-teacher ratio. 4.

The petitioner had applied afresh in November, 2025, which is pending consideration before the school authority. 5.

The Head of the institution namely, Baharail B.C. High School (HS), (respondent no. 6) is directed to consider the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, positively by May 31, 2026 upon requisite certification being obtained from the concerned BMOH.

If found eligible, the case of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) by the school authorities along with the application and the requisite 'No Objection' certificate by June 15, 2026. The

concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) shall take all consequential steps in accordance with law.

With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
