In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority.

The petitioner's application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the year 2025 is still pending. The school authority has issued 'No Objection' and declaration but has been unable to forward the same to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Dakshin Dinajpur. 4.

Since the 'UTSASHREE' portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on Offline mode. 5.

The school authority is directed to forward the said application along with 'No Objection' and declaration by May 30, 2026 to the respondent no.5 (District Inspector of Schools (SE), Dakshin Dinajpur, who shall accept the same for onward progression of the application by June 30, 2026.

With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
