In the Order dated 28.03.2023, the names of the Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant have been mentioned wrongly and the name of the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent is not correct.

As none had appeared on behalf of the appellant on 28.03.2023 so the names of the Learned Counsels appearing for the Appellants be deleted. The Learned Counsels who were appearing for the Respondent on 28.03.2023 were Mr. Shaunak Ghosh and Ms.

Shreyashi Maity as such in stead of the name of the Learned Counsel Mr. Biswajit Sau which has been wrongly typed, the names of Mr. Shaunak Ghosh and Ms. Shreyashi Maity be written.

The first paragraph, i.e. Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title be deleted.

The Order dated 28.03.2023 be modified to such extent.

Let the aforementioned Order be part of the Order dated 28.03.2023.

Registry to take steps.
