...for the respondents This application is taken out for correction of the order dated 30th June, 2021.

In the last page of the said order, in the last sentence of the 5th paragraph from the bottom it is recorded that "The delay ............... under compassionate appointment scheme." However, inadvertently, in the last sentence we have referred to a compassionate appointment scheme. This was an inadvertent mistake.

Accordingly, the phrase "under compassionate appointment scheme" shall stand deleted.

The order dated 30th June, 2021 shall be corrected. Server copy shall also be corrected accordingly.
