1. Heaving heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.
2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witnesses show that the petitioner and co-accused through three bombs. As a result number of persons were injured. In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
