Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to issue appropriate approval letter in respect of panel sent by the Selection Committee to the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal for appointment to the post of "Library Clerk"

in Chandrakona Vidyasagar Mahavidyalaya.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Chandrakona Vidyasagar Mahavidyalaya submits that all relevant documents regarding the approval of the panel has been sent to the State and the College is waiting for

the approval of the panel sent by the Selection Committee dated 20th December, 2019.

Mr. Dutta, learned senior Counsel appearing for the State on instruction submits, that till 27th January, 2021 all relevant documents required for approval of the panel has not been sent by the Selection Committee of the College and requests this Court for direction upon the College to send all the relevant documents to the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal.

Heard all the parties.

The Selection Committee of the College is requested to send the relevant documents for approval of the panel to the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal positively by one month. The Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal after obtaining of all the documents from the College shall approve the panel in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
