It appears from the documents submitted in Court that the contemnor has already complied with the direction passed by the Court and passed an order and communicated the same to the petitioner.

The Municipality has come to a considered opinion that the petitioner has encroached the public road.

The Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Uluberia-II has also filed a report which mentions about the encroachment of the public road by the petitioner.

The respondent authorities will be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for removal of the unauthorized construction.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
