Ms. Ambiya Khatun Mr. Enamul Islam ...for the petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the issue relates to appointment in the post of assistant teacher based on selection process i.e. 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (classes XI & XII). It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the entire selection process relating to 1st SLST 2016 classes IX, X, XI and XII have been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition at present.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner is not precluded from taking steps in accordance with law if situation so permits in future.
