1. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The appellant has not approached this Court in clean hand. Purposely the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has not been disclosed. It is evident from paragraph 19 of the affidavit filed by the appellant that the award was received by the appellant on 3rd January, 2018.

3. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. In view of the above, the appeal being FMAT 14 of 2020 stands dismissed.
