Mr. Soumitra Bandyopadhyay Mr. Priyabrata Batabyal ....For the State Mr. Sarbananda Sanyal Ms. Manika Ray ....For the NHAI The grievance of the petitioners is directed against the failure of the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioners. Ms. Roy appears on behalf of the NHAI and submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the representation of the petitioners has been disposed of 26th April, 2021.

Ms. Roy is directed to forward a copy of the order passed by the NHAI on the petitioners within the course of this week.

In view of the aforesaid nothing survives in this writ petition.

W.P.A. 689 of 2021 is dismissed.
