Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, Ms. M. Ali ...for the alleged contemnors .

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that, in the meantime, the order regarding which contempt was alleged, has been complied with by disbursing the money as directed by this Court to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, agrees to the same.

Accordingly, CPAN 36 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.

However, on the submission of learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors, it is further recorded that the disbursal of the amount, as indicated above, shall not, ipso facto, be construed as the waiver by the alleged contemnors in respect of their right of appeal.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
