1. The affidavit of service filed today is kept on record.

2. The petitioner has made an application for transfer on medical ground, which is pending before the school authority. The school had duly issued No Objection and declaration after conducting the relevant medical examination of the petitioner.

3. The school has not yet been able to forward the petitioner's application to the respondent no. 4 for onward progression of the application.

4. In view thereof, the respondent no. 5 is directed to forward the offline application of the petitioner to the respondent no. 4, who will consider the same in accordance with law, including the medical verification from the concerned Chief Medical

Officer of Health.

5. The respondent no. 5 will forward the application with all other requisite documents by March 31, 2026 to the respondent no. 4.

6. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
