1. The learned advocate representing the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the revisional application and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to apply before the appropriate forum.

3. Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, let the revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Leave is granted to the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the order dated 2nd December, 2024 upon production of the photocopy thereof.
