1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there is delay in lodging FIR. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer and submits minor had been ravished. Subsequently she committed suicide.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Suicide note implicates the petitioner in the offence. Keeping in mind the nature of crime and materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
