Order dated 26.11.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in OA No.350/1410/2019 has been challenged in the present writ petition.

The petitioner had approached the Tribunal challenging his continuous suspension. The original application was disposed of with direction to the official respondents to conclude the inquiry as early as possible so that the petitioner does not remain under suspension indefinitely.

It further directed that appropriate order revoking the suspension order be passed if no charge sheet is issued before the next date of review of suspension order.

At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that suspension order was revoked by an order dated December 10, 2020 and presently he has been posted at Bolpur on 21.12.2020.

As the petitioner has already been reinstated in service, no case is made out for interference in the present petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is dismissed.
