There is family feud existing between the brother and sister wherein the parents have been involved. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there were earlier criminal cases registered in the year 2020.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents claims that she is staying at her matrimonial home and comes for treatment of the mother.

Be that as it may, having considered that the nature of the dispute complained of do not require interference by the police authorities at each and every stage, I direct that the police authorities will only interfere in cases if there are overt acts and to prevent any

untoward incident if the situation so demands being blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 700 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
