Petitioner complains that in spite of informing the police authorities on or about 12.11.2024, no steps have been taken. Petitioner's main contention is that there has been impersonation of his name and his property has been kept as security which was subsequently taken over by the bank authorities.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the execution of the order was issued by the learned CJM, Barasat. Consequently, the same was successfully carried out on 28.09.2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.4 submits that the property complained of was mortgaged to Hinduja Leyland

Finance Limited to invoke the relevant provisions of SARFAESI Act.

In view of the steps taken pursuant to direction of the learned Magistrate, no interference is called for from this Court. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities under the SARFAESI Act for any reliefs concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 692 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
