C.R.R. 68 of 2021 Sri Bijoy Ananda Sarkar versus Smt. Sreeparna Sarkar nee Sen In Re: An Application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application was preferred with a prayer for transferring Misc. Execution Case No. 3 of 2018 from the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta to the court of the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta.

I find that there were dues in respect of the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and accordingly, Misc. Execution Case No. 3 of 2018 was preferred. Having regard to the fact that the original case is of the year 2015, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 68 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
