The grounds are vague and based on surmise and conjecture. Moreover, the direction of the learned court to allow the father to have interim custody for four days during the Durga Puja of 2023 has also become infructuous.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is disposed of without any orders. The learned court has already fixed the evidence of OPW2 and allowed the opposite party/wife to continue to contest the suit. Under such circumstances, the learned court shall proceed in accordance with law. The wife will be allowed to contest the proceedings. It is made clear, that no adjournments on her prayer shall be allowed, if she wants to contest the suit diligently.
