The grievance of the petitioner is that her fees for grant of contract carriage permit in respect of auto rickshaw on the route no.28 serial no. 187 as has been mentioned in her representation at page 18 of the writ application has not been considered uptil now by the concerned authority.

I direct the concerned authority to look into the matter and to pass a reasoned order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in respect of this representation dated 4th September, 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The decision taken in respect of this representation is to be communicated to the petitioner by the authority within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.

With the above observation, the matter is disposed of.
