Learned counsel for the state was directed to taken instructions as to whether the permit, which forms the subject matter in the writ petition, has been issued to the petitioner.

Counsel for the State submits that the permit has been issued on 12th November, 2021 and that the petitioner has to go to the office of the State Transport Authority to obtain the said permit.

W.P.A.1 of 2020 is disposed of in view of the above directions.

The petitioner shall be at liberty of taking appropriate steps in respect of obtaining the permit, which has already been issued in favour of the petitioner.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
