The respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 4th September, 2019 at page 17 of the writ application addressed to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Kolkata Region, Kolkata-700 020. Such consideration is to be made within a period of six weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. After such consideration a reasoned order be passed and be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With this direction, W.P.A. 27 of 2020 is disposed of.
