Mr. Suman De .. for the State The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the impugned proceedings in Misc. Petition no. 894 of 2021 (FIR No. 894 of 2021) dated November 12, 2021, in connection with an application filed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for complaint under sections 323/313/343/383/388/389/504/506/34/120B of Indian Penal Code and offences under provisions of Mental Health Act, 2017 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman, including all the orders passed in the said proceeding.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners though learned counsel for the State is present.

Accordingly, CRR 106 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 106 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
