For the petitioner It is mentioned on behalf of the petitioner that specific time for disposal of the Title Suit was not given in the order dated 24th March, 2023 mistakenly. In support of his contention, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has referred to the order passed by the learned District Judge, Howrah, who directed the disposal of the suit within a period of six month from the date of receipt of the LCR.

Considering all facts and circumstances, this Court has already passed the order dated 24th March, 2023 and, therefore, I do not find any clerical or typographical mistake to be corrected.
