Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in July, 2023 in CRM (NDPS) 1323 of 2023. By the said order, trial court was directed to conclude trial within two years from the date of framing of charge. Thereafter, charges have been framed in November, 2023 and date for evidence has been fixed. 3.

Under such circumstances and keeping in mind the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
