3. After investigation, the I. O. has filed Charge Sheet No. 912 of 2022 dated 26.11.2022 under Sections 447/323/354/506/34 of the IPC.

4. The petitioner may take appropriate steps under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P. C.

5. The report of Egra Police Station is taken on record.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.
