Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition on account of certain facts disclosed to the petitioners subsequently and seek further liberty to file a writ petition afresh on the self same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the writ petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
