For the State Inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on 12th February, 2025 which is corrected as follows: In the 2nd paragraph of the order "M.L. Case No. 04/2014" and "M.L. Case No. 04/2019" be read as "M.L. Case no. 04/2014 be read as M.L. Case no. 04/2019".

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order passed on 12th February, 2025.
