Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition was filed for issuance of quo warranto challenging the appointment of the 12th respondent and as of now the petitioner does not want to press the said prayer. However, on plain reading of the affidavit filed in support of the petition we find that the entire structure of the writ petition has to be altered if the prayer for quo warranto is not pressed. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed

as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with appropriate relief except the relief of quo warranto as against the 12th respondent.
