Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that on publication of revised list petitioner no.4 is accommodated and he is going to be appointed soon.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the Union of India that steps have already been taken for appointing all the candidates including petitioner no.4.

A document filed on behalf of the Union of India dated 20th February, 2026 is taken on record. 4.

In view of aforesaid situation, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

However, order dated 29th January, 2026 requires correction. In 2nd and 3rd lines of paragraph no.2 and 3rd line of paragraph no.3 of order dated 29th January, 2026 'petitioner no.2' shall be read as 'petitioner no.4'.

Inadvertently, in the order dated 29th January,

2026 instead of 'petitioner no.4' 'petitioner no.2' was transcribed in aforesaid two places.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
